Hey everyone,
Week one is behind us! Congrats all for taking the challenge and completing a full week of dedication and determination in most cases. I am extremely proud of you all. I just want to remind you all that daily reflections add up to one bonus point at the end of the week and weekly challenges add up to two bonus points at the end of the week. So if you have that beer or that piece of cheese you can gain back a point by doing the reflections and challenges.
I was cruising the Internet as I do and I found this website that I love. It is called breaking muscle. Inspiring. I like it and hope to get to that balance point one of these days. I find myself in the same place she is the first time around. I am working so very hard to be strict about diet that cravings come out in strange ways.
ReplyDeleteI do fear regression after the challenge is over, but I think I can conquer it if I can only maintain the balance of having sweets every once in a while.

I'm that person that is trying to be "perfect" on this challenge so this article really spoke to me...It doesn't mean I'll easily break away from that aspiration to receive every single point for the 56 days but this will help me to still live in reality of the challenge and not expect and demand SO much from myself that it's impossible to maintain after the 56 days are over. Thanks for the great find Lindsay!!
